ERA: Recent Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights in Criminal Matters, Strasbourg, 3-4 November 2016

Objective

The seminar will provide legal practitioners with an update on the case law of the European Court of Human Rights – in particular in 2015 and 2016 – with relevance for criminal law and criminal procedure. Important new developments presented in this seminar concern, for instance, the right to legal assistance (e.g. Borg v. Malta 37537/13).
