Objective

The aim of the Annual Conference on European Migration Law 2016 is to assess the first results of the EU plan to strengthen its ability to return irregular migrants and refused asylum-seekers as well as to enhance cooperation and mutual trust between Member States and with third countries. The conference will provide an overview of the latest developments in migration and asylum law and an update on the relevant recent case law of the European Court of Human Rights and of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
