Annual Conference on European Labour Law 2016 Trier, 17-18 March 2016
This annual conference aims at keeping employment and labour law practitioners up-to-date by providing an overview of the latest policy developments, legislative initiatives and case law in this field.
The event will focus on the development of recent jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg (covering mainly, but not exclusively, the period March 2014-March 2015) in areas such as:
Posting of workers
New challenges for employment law
(digitalisation of work, social media, Uber, etc.)
CJEU and ECtHR case law
(transfer of undertakings, working time, collective redundancies, religious symbols in the workplace, etc.)
