District court confirmation of an arbitral award in favor of a union is affirmed where: 1) the question of arbitrability was an issue for the court to decide, not the arbitrator; 2) the grievance was arbitrable because it was not a jurisdictional dispute; and 3) the remedy did not violate the management rights section of a collective bargaining agreement. Judgment entered against one entity that was not a party to the case is vacated.
